Orianna Blue Buff Ball Bug

So. I'm not sure if this is just a visual bug, but during my last game with Orianna (http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1592667847/202534823), blue buff was on her ball. I wanna say this happened like 13 minutes in? Or 18 minutes in, after I roamed top, chasing Swain.

The blue buff was not on the character, but when I would Q the ball in lane, the ball would have blue buff. It didn't last for the whole game, so the ball most likely had blue. I didn't notice the increased cooldown or mana regen from blue.
