Silver 3 last season but shows i was unranked?

I did not receive my silver border and on my profile it says i was "Un-ranked last season" but i was not. Do help rito!

Same thing on my acc. I didnt get rank border and i didn't bother with that but today i can't play solo/duo with my duo partner cause "difference between rank is too high" and then i noticed it says i was unranked last season. Other acc on same PC working normally.
