[Bug] Cannot enter game (ARAM) and current game is having huge fps issues.

Hello,

I just tried to play a game of ARAM with my friend and once the champion select was over, heading into the loading screen. My screen took a while to load, and NEVER loaded, clicking on it made windows recommend closing it. My friend was able to get in the game and he reports that some of the other player also have not connected. As well, he is having HUGE FPS problems, there are huge spikes when he is engaged in a fight or when he is shopping. This never happened to him before in a game of ARAM (or in Summoner's Rift). Thank you.

Agreed, I also have been having major fps issues ever since the 5.10 patch released. While I have been mostly unaffected by the loading issues, I have seen an increase in the number of people who disconnect during the loading screen.
