[GAMEPLAY} Buying the enchantment Captain Does not allow you to refund

Happens 100% of the time tried with myself and other people in multiple games

1. Get Gold
2. Buy boots of any type
3. Buy The enchantment Captain on the boots

Doing these steps will not allow you to refund your purchase without stepping out of base you will need to sell the enchantment if you would like to change your choice making you lose 400 gold in the process
