[Client] Game is dodged if you accept another invite while in champion select
I found a bug that happened to me in ranked champion select. While I was in champion select (and after I had locked in my Champion) I received an invite from a friend and accepted it without thinking. Suddenly everyone left the chat room I was in and the person picking after me did not lock in a champion. The lobby ended when his timer hit 0 and I was put back to the default client screen similar to how the game reacts when you dodge queue. When i tried to re-queue I had a 5 minute time out.
This happened to me in my promos and I have not been able to reproduce it so far as it requires you to get an invite while already in Champion select.
My best guess for reproducing this bug is:
- Enter a dynamic queue game
- Lock in your champion
- Have a second player invite you from the suggested players tab in his dynamic queue lobby
- If the invite appears, accept it
If a Riot employee comes across this and can somehow undo the loss in my plat promos that I incurred as a result of this bug please let me know
