Syndra Champion is bugged in game

Hello, i got one question , since 2 days ago i start to play syndra, and when i ult or kill some one (Not always) is Syndra bugged,its seems like that idk i lag or something she '' flash back'' when i walk she just lagged..i got problems only with this here is VIDEO : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKz_mFTLDzE champion!?

What, where syndra does something akin to a moonwalk?

I've seen that before and it isn't just syndra.

Well, this happens with me too much also, when I kill someone with ult, most of the times...

Her ultimate is bugged since patch 7.10 and still not fix ...
