Champ Select Bug

I have experienced a reproducible bug where if you minimize the league client outside of champ select and then go back in to select, the time that is shown is actually more than what you have in reality. I was on the internet and went to pick my champ with 13 seconds and my friends was like "5, 4, 3" and when my client hit 7 seconds it removed us from champ select. It has happened a good 3 times to me now
