LPQ after dodging 1 game in 250 match

EDIT: Nervermind, my friend is r%%%%%ed, he is the one in LPQ!

First time i dodge a game this season after like 250 match. Note that a never left a game too. And just from 1 dodging game cause my friend asked me to play with him i got LPQ.. ( i know i was going to get a timer ( i got a 13min.. already that was INSANE.. for dodging 1 game.. i was expecting like 5min ) But now im in queue for like 15 min.. WTF is this...

This is actually a bug right?
