Unable to auto-attack minons

So recently 3/5 games my auto attack does not attack minions. It works at the very beginning and it seems after a little while i'm no longer able to auto attack minions. This becomes very annoying especially during early game i cant cs properly. if theres a certain way to fix this please let me know.

Disable "Treat 'Target Champions Only' as a toggle" under Options -> Game while you're in a game (won't show up in LCU)

You said that auto attack isn't working on minions, but showed a video of you standing at a monster camp. Auto attack doesn't work on monsters if they are not aggroed

Are you accidentally turning on "attack champions only?" is your ` ~ key stuck?
