Champion icon on minimap changed to small?

Ok, so my question is this. I updated my software for my graphics card (I have no idea if this is what caused the issue, but trying to revert the change didn't fix the problem.), and my mini map character icons have gotten smaller. A lot smaller, in fact. In the first screenshot I have provided (the shyvanna picture) is the one I used to have the size of. I remember in the older version, there used to be an option to change the icon images size. However, since an update, that is no longer an option. I have tried messing around the with resolution, to no avail. All 3 of my scaling options are all at 100 in the "interface", so that isn't the problem. I've tried looking all over online, and I can't find an answer. The second screenshot (malzahar and most recent) is of my current status of the minimap as well as the smaller size of icons. I really need your help, because it's truly messing up my map awareness and my enjoyment of the game. The files may be out of order as I listed above, but I have renamed to help you guys help me. I even contacted Tech support, and they told me they can't do anything . So i'm following their advice to post here for any luck. I also hope i'm posting this in the right discussion.
