Kalista Rend Bug

On Kalista, when using Rend to kill a minion, it will cast again after a 1 second delay and go on cooldown. It will do this even when Kalista has no lingering spears.

Play Kalista
Use Rend to kill a minion/champion
Observe Rend recast after you kill a minion/champion with it. This happens in every game I play with Kalista.

Weird thing is, riot claims this bug was fixed in the patch notes http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-421-notes

But just from playing the game, it very clearly is not.

This is a pretty big issue, since it was not intended, hopefully this makes it to the top and it can be fixed as soon as possible.
