rune page edit isnt working half the time in champ select

i hit the edit pencil and all i get is a portion of the border for the edit page, and the close X, only fix for it so far is to close client and reopen, which, obviously, i dont really wanna do at champ select, this kinda needs a fix since rune pages are capped, side note, an easy fix would be removing that cap, which i wouldnt say no to, i could just buy enough pages to have 1 for each champ, im swimming in blue essence with nothing to spend it on really >.>
