YASUO TORNADO (Q) BUG

When yasuo has (Q) Tornado Activated , and an ally knocks up an enemy champion and yasuo ult that champion when he gets back on the ground he will not be able to use his TORNADO since its still activated !!!?? VIDEO LINK
