In-Game Settings: HUD Animations Option Bugged

In game there's an option that says "Enable HUD Animations," which used to put some particle effects in your health and mana bars. With the new HUD it's bugged and when you click to enable, it disables all animations on the new HUD. So to put it simply, the "Enable HUD Animations" button is programmed backwards. All you have to do to reproduce it is check the box to enable them, and use an ability; the animations will not be shown.
