skin does not load if you do the same champ you use twice in a row in team builder

whenever I play a champ in team builder the first time, when I check what skin I am using (if any). but when I go to team builder and I want to play the same champ twice (which is already auto picked for me) and since I don't check to see if my skin is chosen (assuming it already knows) I just leave it as is. and once I reach the loading screen, I notice my skin was not loaded in.

an example of this is; this afternoon, I was playing miss fortune In team builder with my arcade miss fortune skin on (best skin ever btw) and when I go into team builder again (she is already auto picked and everything) I assume my skin is already currently selected, and when I reached the loading screen, it was not loaded. so please fix this next patch or as soon as possible please. Thanks
