Bug, [CLIENT] Hextech key fragment

After finishing a game and earning a Hextech Key fragment, I am unable to see my rank with the current champion, it just loads for an eternity. I have tried this on multiple champions (Annie malzahar twisted fate) and on multiple accounts. North america server only

It's a known bug. Don't worry :)

this happened to me as well, but it doesn't affect if u get a chest or not. i still got my chest when it happened
