Issues with the League of Legends Store (PvP.Net)
So Riot I thought you would like to know how I finally fixed my problem for the errors listed on this page. when I was attempting to purchase anything one of the many store errors would occur. Could be session expired, could be a blank screen with a white square or just pitch black, infinite loading bards for store, and nearly impossible to buy anything because I could perform maybe one action in the store before it bugged out on me. Well I started following your trouble shooting pages that continued leading my to issues within the computer, caused by who knows what I'm assuming a virus or something, seen enough people on the forums still having the issue they should know how i solved it.
Cause -First I'm not exactly sure what caused the issue in the first place, could be a combo of user error and malicious software. -It changed some core windows programming options, including but not limited to all of my .run commands like ip.config and others.
Symptoms -IP config not working in /run -Store screen places one of the many error screens over store when you click something. -Unable to purchase from the store without great diligence headache and hours of clicking dead buttons.
solution Step 1 -Control Panel -> Add or remove user -> Create new user -> create Administrator account (name it what ever you want) Step 2 -Log in to your new account -> Control Panel -> Add remove programs -> (in top left corner) turn windows features on and off (will take a second to load) -> Uncheck to turn of Internet Explorer 11. (If you use Internet explorer as your browser, get a new one just turn it off.)
