[Gameplay] AA Attack bug (With unavailable options)

Sometimes during a game, the green arrows that signify where your champion is going (Not as a ping, but when you right-click on the mouse) sometimes turns red. While this happens, you cannot open the menu, recall, move the map, or shop. Also during this period, your champion sticks on AA mode. When it has focused on a target, (It goes to any target, champion, minion, structure, etc.) you will not be in control of it's movement AT ALL. (When I play Garen and this occurs, his Q goes towards his nearest target, but during his spin2win, you can control his movement.) I currently have no clue how to reproduce this, as it seems to happen during random intervals during the game. It lasts for a random period of time as well, and it usually disappears on it's own, or when I have to leave and disconnect. (Even though it comes back after the relaunch.)
