Bug with Jhin Ult!

Anyone else noticed a bug where when you ult with jhin i would say 1/40 times or every 4 or 5 games as jhin, when you ult and finish it, my view goes into lock mode, like camera lock not free camera. Even if i had it on free camera and the worst part is you can take it off or change from locked to free camera unless i restart client, not game, client riot plz help
