[Client?]Quaqe Ban Glitch?

So my friend got a 20minute ban on his account and when he tries to go for que the timer starts like normal, but after a few minutes the que automatically turns off. How Could he fix it?

On his second account that doesn't have the ban everything works perfectly. We tried every single thing, but it still happens.
