As mentioned, i get about 30 secs into laning phase, and then the screen blanks out, and I am returned to my desktop. I then see League client on my task bar, click it, and then it brings me back to the game. It has happened every game so far. It only happens at the start of the game thankfully. Any help?

I have the exact same issue, it's not just you, it's a patch problem, and this is destroying my rankeds. I already died 2 times because it minimized when I was trading at lvl 1-2. I think you can temporally solve it by minimizing manually at your desktop at the start of the game and refreshing it, then opening back the game. BUT THIS MUST BE SOLVED FAST
