champ ban phase possible bug

i was in ban phase put in jhin in search bar to go ban him then decided to go ban rengar i clicked rengar then when i hit ban it goes off but nothing happens, im stuck here hearing the 10 second warning counter and can keep clicking ban while it says everyone already left game.
