Mastery Pages- Resolve Tier 3 Mastery Bug ( Client)

So, I'm Resetting New Mastery Pages, and I'm working on my tentative tank page, and I'm having a few issues. Basically, When I hover My Cursor Over the Tier three masteries in the Resolve Page, It will give the description hoverbox in the top left and the bottom left repeatedly. To describe more, it changes between the two as you hover over it, making them hard to click (you have to repeatedly click the mastery to assign a point)

Basically, to replicate this issue, go to any mastery page and hover over any of the Tier 3 masteries in the Resolve tree. It's been confirmed from both me and a friend.
