Do you not understand? Your servers are so bad it's driving away customers, people are getting annoyed with the substantial (to say the least) problems that seem to be permanently on hold... Stop it, people are getting chat bans because you have insufficient categories, now players just hit "verbal abuse" because they know it's one of the few that actually have consequences. The 33% glitch which has haunted forums since the dawn of league, provoking people to un, then re install League, then just uninstall it again because of the bugs that drive us INSANE. This may seem like a negative post against Riot, and yes, well done, it is, but that is not a reason to down-vote it because none of this affects you, a lot of these are real for most League players.
