Sion's Q and R not working!

I was playing sion one game and all of a sudden his ult and q stoped working on me. So I went into my settings and changed my keys around and then it got back to working. Next few games I play, I was in ranked and almost to promos then his ult and q stoped working again!!! I lost the game because I had no ult or q even tho I tried to change the keys, it still wouldn't work. I was up for promos if I had won that game but I couldn't because of my q and ult which are my only damage. Please fix this bug on sion. I am starting to get mad about this because I lose games of his stupid bug.
