Cannot see my summoner profile and am missing a second summoner spell

Hello everyone, I have so far played too games without a second summoner spell. I have tried everything to fix it and it just will show as a blue square. Also my summoner profile and my elo will not display when i click on my profile... Anyone else having the same issue and if so please let me now how you fixed it? Thanks
