Out of Range pops up.

Sometimes i get a random Out of Range that does not let me to see the screen of the game. I can't play the game and get a penalty for it. I get low priority queue and I don't understand why. Please find an answer or at least take the penalty off. Also, the report a bug does not work for me on the game.
