Shen phase through [GAMEPLAY]

When playing Shen there are time when his shadow dash goes through people but does not taunt them. This usually happens where there is a lot going on in the screen, whether that be a large minion wave around a fight, or during a team fight near a tower where there is a ton of abilities being casted. This happens a minimal once a game.
