I recently played a game with Lux and a teammate of mine got an S, yet I received no chest for her. I have the ability to get one for her and I had only played her 2-3 times as of then, and that was the first one I should’ve gotten.. Am I missing something?
Go to collection, and check if there is a gold border, it will say specifically if you have gotten a chest already.
are you sure you have chests up? you can only earn so many chests in a certain time period, check your profile and look at the chest icon under the banner. if the number under it is 0, then you have to wait for your chests to reset.
