Got nothing in my Hextech chest..

I just got the last part to a key, and i opened the chest and it froze, like it does every time so i click back to the home page and go back to the loot page. Usually there is a new skin there like i opened the chest but the animation just didnt work but this time there was nothing there, only what i had previously and my key is gone and the chest, but i got nothing new?

You most likely received a Summoner Icon and Essence, as the icon will go directly into your account as a permanent instead of your loot as a shard. You can check your Store > Account > Purchase History to see.
