I haven't been earning chests

I'm not sure if i'm reading it incorrectly but I believe I am supposed to get a chest every time me or a party member gets an S, Me and my duo queue partner have gotten at least a few S+'s and he has received all 4 chests and I have only received one, am I doing something wrong?

Um... Bump? I don't mean to be wasting anyone's time but I would really like to know if i'm just doing something incorrectly or if it is a bug of some sort.
