Not able to lock in bans or champ during Draft.

3 Games in a row I have been unable to lock in both my ban select and champion select. Luckily, the 1st game someone else dodged to prevent my timeout penalty. Sadly, the 2nd and 3rd attempts I could do nothing but sit and wait while the timer ticked down. I have a screenshot of the last attempt that put me at almost a 30 minute fucking penalty. Not only have I lost LP for 2 of these, but also close to 40 minutes of no playtime due to this bug. I'd like my LP back and these penalties taken off my account considering it's an issue I clearly can NOT prevent.
