Windows 10 Pro (Build: 17735.rs5_release.180807-1451) Breaks League of Legends.exe

I'm on the fast ring of windows builds and League crashes when launching after champ select. It goes Immediately to Reconnect and faults. Windows throws the below error into event viewer. Anyone know where I can find Logs by the game or anyone else having this issue?

Having this issue too, it's a windows specific thing cause of some http thing they're doing that's messing with league. dunno when they'll fix but I hope it's soon, I've been leagueless for almost 2 weeks and I'm already binge playing wartune, league of angels and more online mmorpgs to fill the void T-T

This problem has been reported to Microsoft using Feedback Hub [ https://aka.ms/AA22lme ] but no response so far. Please upvote it there to bring it (hopefully) to MS's attention.

EUW Forums have a process to follow to create Procdumps which they are requesting be submitted as tickets. I'll link to the instructions. They said the more of these they get the faster they can figure it out. Help them out!
