Heimer Turret

I had a bug playing Heimer against Teemo where he Q'd my turret under my top tower. I died to a gank and the turret kept shooting at Teemo. It did no damage but basically allowed me to see where teemo was until the turret died. It didn't matter if I was out of range or he was out of vision
