Champion select bug

So i was gonna play flex 5v5 with my friends. It all started good, we went into the lobby and banned champions. Everyone locked in then it came my turn to lock in. I selected my champion but my "lock in" bottun was grey and i couldn't lock in so it left out of the que and lost my 1 of my promo for silve 5.
