i was playing as Rakan , my enemy yasuo was returning to base , i hit him with Q , his shield is gone but he back to base , it means he is not interrupted when his shield is on i think it is a bug , cause any one going back to base , i can stop him by any damage , even if he was shielded !!!!
Recalls can't be interrupted in the last fraction of a second (.1 seconds remaining if you want the exact number) and dealing damage during that time will still cause it to go through.

Nope, you have to actually break the shield or apply hard cc to stop a back. It works with any shields.
It's not a bug it has always worked like that, because shielded damages doesnt count as damages (IE : zed ult, if you deal 1000 damages while you ult someone as zed but all these damages are shielded, your ult will deal 0 when the mark pop).
