[Client] Error - Failed to create dump file :" (error 183)

I was looking at my Match History after an ARAM game, then I went to Play another ARAM game when this pop-up appeared.

Pressing OK made the client close and re-open immediately, below is what showed after it came back.

ARAM on Summoner's Rift? Awesome. I hit Find Match, I get into a regular ARAM lobby, someone dodges, and I return to that screen. I then find a game and enter with no problems.
