client and game bugged out [Client] [Crash]

i was playing a normal draft mode game and lost the connection after 30 mins into the game. as i would usually do i restarted the client but after logging in the client was pretending as if the game never happened. i couldnt reconnect even after restarting the client. i have no idea how and why this occured and im not new to connection issues.
