[GAMEPLAY] Urf Triumphant sounds not working

I'm not sure this belongs in gameplay. Since Patch 5.22 when placing the ward or it expiring, I no longer here the beautiful urf noises. Not only was that the main reason I bought the ward, but I also used the sounds as a helpful queue for when my ward died.

Are you experiencing this when using a trinket? The trinket ward won't play the custom SFX for a ward due to gameplay. The SFX will play for Sightstone wards as well as pink wards.
