Akali PBE Bugs

So I'm just the messenger here for Mister Wings, but yeah, apparently despite a few memes, there's a few visual bugs and a ton of gamebreaking bugs for Akali and the game itself and Wings set em all down here in the twitter post. Riot should fix this up ASAP before it launches so we can have fun with this ninja girl. She's really, really cool btw, great work Riot, just fix these bugs
