Promo helper didnt work

I got to series to G2 and failed promo by losing the both games. Few days after I got back to G2 series i had to win two games in order to get promoted. Has anyone experienced it as well? I submitted a ticket about this but have not been getting good helps.

Btw, i got dodged out of game during champ select twice few games before reaching to G2 series. I heard if i dodge during my seried i wont get promo helper. This might be the reason?
