I can't made a purchase in Riot Games Merch Store.

I want to buy the new Morning Star Crew Jacket , I'm from Peru and i play mostly of the time on LAN server, but when i saw this new jacket i played a few games of the new mode on NA. When i try to enter on the website of RiotGames Merch this happend.

Then, when i press the "Redeem Reward" bottom, the page took a good amount of time to respond.

I want to know, if the website have any trouble, because when i try to click on other items, it is the same; or its my account the problem.

I had issues aswell regarding the jacket.

I also took ages for me to complete the process (i was already in checkout) and when i then refreshed the page to try again it said i had the mission already completed and i got the reward ... which i obviously didnt ...
