Crashing into losing lp

I got into a ranked game, everything normal. I was in the loading screen and the game crashed (Crash Report #497378), I couldn't open LoL, it kept crashing. After a few minutes I managed to open it, I come in to find myself into an afk punishment AND lost about 20 LP. I have no idea how to fix this but it's really unfair, the afk punishment given because your servers are garbage is unfair; the worst is the LP. I was about to get up in my rank and this, all the LP I got, after a few long games, all lost for a stupid crash. Please tell me what to do, I just hate it that I get punished with afk and my lp because your servers don't work...
