League Displays Animated Wallpaper Bug

I was really hyped to try out an animated screensaver, but after staring at my screen for 5 mins straight nothing happened. So i went to the screensaver place and previewed it, but all that showed up was a blank white screen. Rito plz fox so I can see my beautiful animated Kalista screensaver.
