Issue when disconnected player returns to game during remake vote.

If the disconnected player returns to the game during the remake vote, the game is still remade as a result of a vote with 3 yes and 2 no. A 3/2 vote doesn't end the game in the case of a surrender, so it doesn't make sense for it to end the game for a remake. I'm guessing this is unintended behavior, since normally when there is one player missing three would be a majority. It is probably coded to require only 3 yes votes, and doesn't consider the situation where the player returns and votes no.

It is really frustrating to have to remake, but it is necessary sometimes. Its even more frustrating to have this happen. I have bad internet at my house, so when it stops working mid-game, I'll switch to my phone's mobile hot-spot. In the game that I attempted to play a minute ago, my internet went down during the loading screen. I switched to my mobile hot-spot so I could still play the game and not be AFK, but by the time I got back into the game my team had already started a remake vote. three of my teammates had already voted yes, but when I got back the other player and myself voted no. The game still ended itself.

Its also very bullshit that I get penalized for "AFK behavior" after this shit happens. I'm doing everything I fucking can to get back into the game so I'm not AFK, after something that I can't control disconnected me. I succeeded in getting back into the game only for this shit to happen. Fucking really? [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Remake votes only require a 30% vote to pass. So 2/5, 2/4, or 1/3 is sufficient to remake.
