Gameplay-Veigar bug

I played several ARAM matched with Veigar yesterday. I noticed two glitches (playing with Final Boss skin). Several times yesterday I noticed minions were pixeled when they hit Veigar's wall. In my last match several champions on the enemy team were able to "walk" through Veigar's wall. It didn't happen every time but if I caught someone ON the wall (stunned) and another champ was just inside, sometimes they (person just inside) were able to walk out of it (no flash) before the effect timer was up.
