Queue Dodging Bug

Umm as everyone knows the queue dodging penalty for first q dodge is -3 lp, the 2nd is -10 lp and such, but today i learned that if someone else dodges, and u dodge the next game that u get queued into, the 2nd penalty is affected on you, not the first penalty.

This kinda sucks as now i have to wait 30 minutes and lose 7 additional points cuz of some troll

Not sure if intended, but just to warn any future players that need to dodge.
