Gangplank in Practice Tool

More of an oversight it seems than a bug (that or I'm blind) but I see no way to give Gangplank Silver Serpents to test with, and farming 1,500 takes time that the practice tool was meant to eliminate.

And how is this a bug? It's just something they didn't implement.

Did you not read the first few words of my post? Because I definitely indicate it's not necessarily a bug. I figured I'd post it here and maybe someone could redirect me to a better spot to post it if there is one. The "Client Discussion" board might be one option but it tends to be focused more on the client itself and not the new features they're implementing because of it.
