Unable to use Ability (e) [GAMEPLAY]

Game Mode: ARURF Champion: Fizz Problem: Couldn't playful trickster even though it was leveled up and I was able to use it before Details: TP'd onto minion, Cait trap under minion, got snared immediately, came out of snare. I don't think I was able to playful trickster after that. You'll notice that my e was greyed out for the rest of the game, as if it was a passive. All other abilities worked. Tried leaving game and reconnecting, that did not work. Tried closing client and reconnecting, that also did not work. This needs to be fixed because I was left with only 3 abilities, and I lost a key ability (Wouldn't have minded losing my w nearly as much). Notes: My 'e' was greyed out (as you can see in the image I attached) as if it was a passive. No matter what I did I could not activate it but I was able to previously.

The next game I played a champion who had a passive on 'e' so not sure if this bug persisted. The game after I once again had this problem.

Game Mode: ARURF Champion: Rammus Problem: Couldn't taunt even though it was leveled Details: Couldn't taunt anyone ever. I was definitely in range of e, I flashed basically onto their faces and couldn't active my taunt.

Stopped playing arurf due to these bugs. Played arams/normals and did not encounter these problems. My assumption is that it is some weird urf interaction/bug. A day or two later, friends convinced me to try just one more game, did not experience those games.

Played arurf games with no problem on Friday, experienced these problems Saturday. Probably didn't play them again until Sunday or Monday?
