Replays missing sound

i like to save my highlights from time to time when i have a good moment, but recently on the PBE and on Live, all of my highlights have had the audio replaced with random popping, is this an internal bug in Riot's code or is this just my computer? recent examples for examples https://youtu.be/JU3EKA2e-8g https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15j8dlYkBEk

I can also report this problem with the replay system. If I try to make a highlight, the sound comes back mostly silent with these rough popping noises randomly in them. My old replays still work okay, so I suspect the patch busted something.
